Our Blender is all about mixing together things we love! Combining swing dances, blending people, colors and emotions! In this way we explore new dancing paths, we meet & get inspired by one another, while letting ourselves free to experiment & simply have fun!

Corner Pockets

Get ready to blend in & dance with Corner Pockets on our main Saturday night party!

Corner Pockets is a jazz band based in Athens, Greece. Although they have only been performing for a year, the band has already shone with its unique sound and style, and its love for the swing era jazz dance, and music!

Don't miss Niki Perdikaki on vocals, Orestis Petrakis on the piano, Gabriele Milozzi on alto saxophone, George Koutsikoulis on guitar, Grigoris Theodoridis on bass, and Dimitris Kontos on the drums.

Vassiliki Papadopoulou

Growing up in a home with a great love for jazz music and dance, Vassiliki found her passion and means of expression in Authentic Jazz dances. The biggest source of inspiration in her dancing is music. Thus began her search and exploration of Jazz music of the 1930s, ‘40s, and ‘50s. After one year of DJing locally in Athens, she's delighted to share her favorite groovy recordings and new discoveries with a wider audience.

DJ Boog

Timos Damopoulos, also known as DJ Boog, has had a diverse and dynamic music journey. Since 2014, he has been part of rock 'n' roll bands as a drummer with a focus on ‘50s music.
In addition to playing music, he has also ventured into dancing. He began dancing in 2016 after witnessing people dancing to rock 'n' roll music. Since then, he has explored various swing dances such as boogie woogie, lindy hop, authentic jazz, and tap dance. This shows his versatility and passion for different dance styles.
Recently, Timos has also taken up DJing at swing dance parties. With his experience as a musician and dancer, he knows how to create a good beat that will get people on their feet and dancing.
